Mentor Roles
Lead Mentor: Individual(s) who are responsible for leading the team through 16 weeks of activities. Manage communication with students and site sponsor.
Mentor: Join weekly team meetings and support Lead Mentor in activities. Help implement the program and guide the progress of the group project.
Guest Speaker: Attend one team meeting and present on an AEC career topic.
