In order to meet the minimum admission requirements for a California State University (CSU) or a University of California (UC), students must successfully complete 15 high school courses with a grade of C or higher in specific subjects. Each subject is assigned a letter, hence the term A-G. The A-G course pattern is outlined below under High School Graduation Requirements. ACE's graduation requirements are aligned with California’s A-G requirements in order to ensure that all seniors are eligible to apply to a four-year university.
