Michele Gaines, MBA (Virtual CFO, Special Projects, Accounting Supervisor)

Michele Gaines attended Florida International University, College of Business Administration where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration focusing on International Business and Finance, and in 2006 she received an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, also from Florida International University.

Michele has held several financial positions in different industries including Insurance, Construction, Law Firms, New Condo Development, Clinical Laboratory, Pharmaceuticals, and Accounting. She has proven to be an asset to all the companies she has worked for by analyzing, streamlining, innovating and controlling all aspects of the businesses and consistently achieving double digit percentage performance improvement.

Among the companies she has worked for are Selecta Laboratories and Excellent Laboratories (Clinical Specialty Genetics Labs as Chief of Operations and Healthcare Risk Manager); Veterinary Mart (Online Pet Pharmacy as Financial Director); Soma Health Solutions (Pharmaceuticals and Pharmacy Management as COO); Brickell Ten (Condo Development as Managing Director); Law Offices of James D Keegan (Foreclosure and Family Law as attorney's paralegal 2005-07 and Director of the Firm 2008-13.

Prior to her position at The Law Offices of James D. Keegan, Michele did some consulting work for other Law Firms specializing in foreclosure on the lender side. In addition to the experience she has acquired in the legal field, she has been involved in the real estate industry since 2003 and has a current and active Real Estate Broker's License. She also established, owns and directs Gaines Realty Group.

Michele worked as a Director for several developers and builders where she was involved in all aspects of the development of residential communities, including but not limited to, securing and managing construction loans, developing strategies for marketing and selling properties.

Her strengths come from her love for numbers, attention to detail, passion for work, need for constant improvement, dedication, adaptability to industrial dynamics.

Andrea Acosta (Senior Accountant)

Andrea attended Florida International University, College of Business Administration where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration focusing on International Business and Finance. She has worked in the accounting industry for over 15 years and held positions in Management of CPA firms and Insurance Agencies. She brings experience, passion for numbers and positive energy to our company.

Andrea can help you in English, Spanish and conversational French. 

Raquel Solorzano (Senior Accountant)

Raquel attended Florida International University, College of Business Administration where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration focusing on Accounting and Information Systems Management. She then transferred to the The Pennsylvania State University (Penn State) and graduated with a Master in Finance. She has worked in finance and accounting for over 10 years and held positions as VP Finance and Director of Operations before she ventured to start her own business. She brings experience, tenacity, creativity and positive energy to our company.
