Can I use another bank account to receive money?

No. Agents can only withdraw to his/her registered bank account on accessBET upon registration bearing his/her names only.

How can I change my shop manager account password?

From your manager account click on personal data. Input a new password in the password column and click on save. 

NB: Password must be 8 characters long and must be alphanumeric.

Kindly send a mail to cs@accessbet.com for password reset alternatively if you still find it difficult to reset your Managers account password.

 

How can I change my cashier account password?

Login to the cashier account you want to change password for and click on personal data. input a new password in the password column and click on save. 

NB: Password must be 8 characters long and must be alphanumeric.

I want to transfer ownership of my account to another agent.

Kindly send a mail with the Names and bank details of the new agent to agency@accessbet.com or cs@accessbet.com stating the reasons for change of ownership and attach any valid means of identification of the new agent. i.e. National identity Card, Voter’s Card, Driver’s license or international passport.

What day of the week are commissions paid in accessBET?

Commissions are paid on Tuesdays every week. NB. Commissions are paid on settled tickets.

 

Do accessBET pay fuel money to her Agents?

Yes we do. All agents of accessBET playing virtual in their shops are entitled to get weekly bonuses and fuel money. This is paid alongside with weekly commission every Tuesday.

 

How do I check my weekly commission?

You can check your weekly commission, by clicking on commission on the shop manager account. You can also check your commission when you click Transaction.

 

How do I get my deposit details

Log in to your Managers account, click on Transaction. Set period from and period to,  then  select Deposit and click on Search. All information concerning deposit/ transaction displays showing the Deposit ID, Username, Transfer name, Amount, Request date etc.

How do I get my withdrawal details?

Log in to your Managers account and click on transaction, set period from and period to and click on withdrawal. All information concerning withdrawal displays showing the withdrawal ID, etc. Note that withdrawal of  winnings above N250,000 Require the agent or customer's valid ID Card and copy of the ticket(s) won. Maximum withdrawal per agent is 1m daily. Each agent is entitle to 2 maximum withdrawals per day ensure to use it well.

 

What is the percentage commission I will get from my online customers?

As an agent of accessBET When you register any online player from your shop account you get 30% on profit share monthly (sport and virtual casinos). 

How long does withdrawal take?

Withdrawal on accessBET is processed instantly and almost immediately within 5 minutes. should you notice any delay contact our customer service on 08090700700

 

Why is my withdrawal reversed or pending?

Your withdrawal request can be reversed if you are withdrawing below the minimum withdrawable amount of N5000 as an agent or withdrawing on deposit. It will also be reversed if you placed withdrawal to a bank account not having a name that is matched with the registered name used during registration. Note that withdrawal of  winnings above N250,000 Require the agent or customer's vaild ID Card and copy of the ticket(s) won. Maximum withdrawal per shop agent is 1m daily. Each agent is entile to 2 maximum withdrawals per day enusre to use it well.
