As a start, ACATECH provided manpower support services and technical consultancy to aviation companies in Philippines. Fast-forward two years, Mr. Palma expanded ACATECH’s services by offering post-graduate training courses to increase competitiveness of their aircraft technicians in the interest of adding value to their existing clients and winning new ones as well. ACATECH Support Specialist, Inc. (ASSI) was established in February of 2009 by Mr. Jonathan S.
