In 2008, I started my professional engineering practices in both private and government sectors and acquired experiences in performing program management, project management, construction management, design manager, quality assurance commissioning and operation & maintenance (O&M) engineering manager.

Since 1992 and prior to earning my Engineering degree, I started working in high rise buildings (government building housings; luxury condominiums; hotel buildings and resorts). I performed worked as the building maintenance, power plant operator, maintenance manager and resident manager with the total combined work of almost 18 years.

• Possess experience in managing construction projects worth from $3K to $50M. 

• Highway Tunnel O&M engineering manager supervising unionized government employees.

• Currently, I am working as one of NASA Civil Servant Senior Mechanical Engineers with Facilities Engineering Branch at Ames Research Center.
