In 2008, I started my professional engineering practices in both private and government sectors and acquired experiences in performing program management, project management, construction management, design manager, quality assurance commissioning and operation & maintenance (O&M) engineering manager.
Since 1992 and prior to earning my Engineering degree, I started working in high rise buildings (government building housings; luxury condominiums; hotel buildings and resorts). I performed worked as the building maintenance, power plant operator, maintenance manager and resident manager with the total combined work of almost 18 years.
Possess experience in managing construction projects worth from $3K to $50M.
Highway Tunnel O&M engineering manager supervising unionized government employees.
Currently, I am working as one of NASA Civil Servant Senior Mechanical Engineers with Facilities Engineering Branch at Ames Research Center.
