Hello artists!
We are excited to have your work in our upcoming exhibit at ACAI Studios & Gallery. We have an online process for artist information and submissions that automates and streamlines the process to create the online show, as well as the collateral needed for the gallery show. Artist Agreement & Contact Information:

This generates the artist’s agreement and provides information to communicate with you and promote your work. it includes your mailing address required for payment of any art sold.
This includes an online signature to the contract when you agree. If you would like to see a completed example of an agreement first, check out this link: Artist Consignment Agreement Sample.
Artist Statement:
The second input is the Artist Statement at this link.
This is a short condensed version of an artist statement about you. Try to keep it around 120 words.
Include a photo of yourself. You can also include a website and/or IG handle.
Info & Photos of your Artwork:
The last input is your Artist Works - You will be able to submit multiple items individually and provide information about the artwork. This will include the title, media, size, and photo in JPEG format. Optionally you can include what inspired you about this individual piece (60 words or less) for our virtual online gallery.
Only JPEG format on the images, please. The size limit is 1 MB.
*Note about image size and format: The images need to be a quality JPEG file no greater than 1 MB. No frames or borders. If you need to shrink down the size of your JPEG and do not have a way to do that, there is an easy-to-use online file compression service: youcompress.com. Select the image from your computer to upload, then when the compression is done, download it back to your computer. The downside of it being free is that you have to ignore the ads. :)
