Our Vision
Our research is fueled by a deep-seated passion for discovery and a steadfast commitment to pushing the boundaries of knowledge in chemistry to biology, and material science. By employing innovative supramolecular approaches, we aim to drive significant advancements that have the potential to make a profound impact on both scientific understanding and societal progress.
Our Approaches
We employ a multidisciplinary approach, combining fundamental concepts of supramolecular chemistry to create smart systems for applications in biology and materials science. Our lab is equipped with advanced facilities that allow us to conduct cutting-edge research, collaborate with leading experts in various fields, and offer novel solutions to complex problems.
Our Key Research Areas
Our key research areas include the smart utilization of noncovalent interactions in developing supramolecular nanostructures, molecular recognition systems, sensors, molecular machines, membrane transporters, etc. We apply supramolecular systems for chemical biology applications, e.g., membrane fusion, disease targeting, etc. We also apply supramolecular systems to develop supramolecular polymeric, water desalination materials, etc.
Commitment to Innovation
We are committed to pushing the boundaries of supramolecular chemistry. By harnessing the power of cutting-edge research and interdisciplinary collaboration, we strive to make significant contributions to both science and society through our innovative supramolecular approaches. Our vision is a future where advanced molecular technologies improve health, safeguard the environment, and elevate the quality of life for all.
