My name is Brooke Francois. This will be my 8th year at Iota Middle School. I am married to Nicholas Francois and we have 3 amazing children.  I am the head volleyball and softball coach. I am an alumni of Iota High School and McNeese State University. I have my Bachelor's in Science and certification in Health and Physical Education grades K-12. 

Coaching has truly been a blessing for myself and my family. I love being able to work with young athletes and watching their growth and dedication to something they love as much as I do. Athletics and sports builds a foundation for young adults. It teaches them about responsibility, hard work, determination, teamwork, success and failure. Being able to succeed in something you have worked so hard for is  such a rewarding feeling and the goal of all coaches, but working hard and coming up short is just as important. You have to lose with the same grace you win with. Being able to coach and steer young athletes to understand and accept that fact in life is so rewarding.
