President Pro-Tempore
Frank Wyatt Nikodym is a junior at Texas A&M University- Corpus Christi studying Political Science with a minor in Pre Law. On campus, Wyatt serves as the President of the Political Science Club and the Secretary of TAMUCC's National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) Chapter. However, his largest role at TAMUCC is being the Director of Student Volunteer Connection, the largest service-based organization on campus. Wyatt is passionate about the protection of civil rights and about American foreign policy. He is serving as President Pro-Tempore of the Model Texas Senate since 2025 and represents Texas Senate District 28.
District 28 covers parts of Karnes, Bee, Jim Wells, Live Oak, Calhoun, Hidalgo, and Cameron Counties, and all of Willacy, Goliad, Kennedy, Kleberg, Nueces, San Patricio, Aransas, and Refugio Counties.
