Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year! 🍎 I am so excited to welcome you and your child to our Kindergarten family. I look forward to a wonderful year filled with learning, growth, and special memories.

I hold a Master’s degree in TESOL and a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, with endorsements in Gifted Education, Reading, ESOL, and Special Education.

I believe children learn best in a safe, loving, and engaging environment where they feel supported and excited to learn. Our classroom will include hands-on and interactive experiences that encourage creativity, independence, and a love of learning.

Communication and teamwork between home and school are very important to your child’s success. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions or concerns throughout the year.

Hello, families, I'm Ms. Ribas! I graduated from FIU with a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education. This will be my sixth year within Academir as well as my sixth year teaching Kindergarten.

Curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, and independence are important skills to build on in Kindergarten. My favorite part of teaching Kindergarten is creating little readers. My overall goal is to create an environment that makes learning fun and engaging, where everyone feels empowered to learn and grow, and where students can reach their full potential. 

I look forward to a year full of growth in all aspects!

My name is Mrs. Mac Loughlin. I have been a teacher for many years  and have found my dream job in this career.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and an ABA background and a Master degree in Special Education. Also, I was teaching pre school for more than 8 years and worked as an RBT (registered behavior technician) for 3 years. Working with kids has always been something I love and enjoy.

Structure, behavior and routine  are the most important concepts in our classroom. These will help us achieve a successful school year full of learning and engagement.

I have a sweet daughter ready to graduate  at FIU and a loved husband! My favorite hobbies are long walks on the beach, crafts and travel. I love neutral colors, coffee, mate, chocolate and empanadas!!. I hope to all  have an amazing year together.
