We are thrilled to invite you to join us for a joyous celebration of Parent's Day! We firmly believe that your involvement as parents is a key factor in the success of our students, and we are eager to take this opportunity to honor and celebrate the exceptional parents in our school community.

Dear parents,
Please read the attached message carefully.
As we eagerly prepare for the upcoming graduation ceremony on May 30th at 4:00 pm, we want to ensure that everything is in place to celebrate our students' achievements. To facilitate our preparations, the morning of May 30th will be dedicated to setting up our classrooms for our Class Party that will be on Friday, May 31st.
Please note that Thursday, May 30 is a regular school day. However, the day's activities will focus on non-educational tasks, allowing us to create a special atmosphere for our student's enjoyment for the next day which will be our Class Party.
Reminders about Graduation Day:
Location: Please remember that the event will take place at Belen Jesuit Preparatory School,
500 SW 127th Ave, Miami, FL 33184.
Time: All students must report at 3:30 pm. Graduation ceremonies will begin at 4:00 sharp.
Cap and Gown:
*The gown has to be returned to the school the same day of the graduation ceremony, for that reason we advise that if parents want to take pictures to their child with the gown on to please do it before the event, because once the ceremony is over the gown will no return to the students.
*Graduation students' caps may be decorated. Please, do not place anything heavy. Attached is a link with some examples: https://pin.it/2Hd1ZhUMs
*The cap and gown will be given to parents on Parents' Day after the activity is over.
Attire:
*Please see attached the picture that shows with more detail the dress code for that day.
*It is important to know that for the Graduation parade, students will be in alphabetical order by grade level, not by class.
Tickets:
*Parents can purchase extra TICKETS for Graduation Day. MAXIMUM 2 EXTRA TICKETS PER STUDENT. Please visit the school website. 👇🏼
