Ms. Reyes
My name is Ms. Reyes and I am your child's 5th grade Language Arts and Social Studies teacher. This is my first year with the AcadeMir family after previously working in the healthcare industry.
I have a bachelors degree in Political Science with a minor in Criminal Justice from Florida International University. It is my goal to prepare your child for State Standardized Testing and to inspire hope, ignite the imagination and instill a love for learning. I've always had a passion for teaching especially reading. I believe communication is key to a child's academics and want you to reach out to me for any questions. I look forward to working together to make sure your child succeeds.
This is a guide of the home work schedule for my class. There may be adjustments for shorter weeks. Also, it is always best to check the agenda for any changes, specific page numbers, and additional details.
