The LTG is characterized by a low Sérsic index and a disky morphology, while the ETG has a higher Sérsic index and a smooth, spheroidal morphology (see here for more details).

The two panels illustrate the imprint of radiation driving on the CMB acoustic spectrum for an interacting dark energy model (left) and a Generalized Chaplygin Gas model (right). Varying the parameters of each model produces qualitatively similar modifications of the acoustic peak structure in both scenarios (see here and here for more details).
