Nitro Type was built by Teaching.com and the creators of the popular keyboarding software Typing.com. BYU offers an ASL class for $190 a semester with live chat rooms. Classes use an immersive approach and cover developing receptive and expressive skills, beginning through advanced conversation, fingerspelling and numbers. Also aims to develop an understanding of Deaf Culture. All instruction and communication done in ASL.
