Art and Music at Abundance Educational Academy

At Abundance Educational Academy, we believe that every child is uniquely gifted with creativity and talent. Our Art and Music program is designed to inspire students to express themselves, build confidence, and develop a lifelong appreciation for the arts.

Through hands-on art projects, students explore drawing, painting, sculpture, mixed media, and creative design while learning the elements and principles of art. Our music program introduces students to rhythm, melody, instruments, music appreciation, and opportunities to perform throughout the school year.

Art and music are integrated into our curriculum to encourage creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, and self-expression. Research has shown that participation in the arts supports academic achievement, social-emotional development, and student well-being while helping children build confidence, resilience, and communication skills.

All students in grades 4 through 12 are required to learn to play a musical instrument. Students receive instruction in either piano or guitar.
