The Fall Festival will be held in the back parking lot at South Mebane.
It will not be raining!! But, if it does, we will be inside the school.
Parking - If you can’t find a place to park around the school, Breakthrough Community Church (across 3rd St from SME) is graciously allowing us to use their parking lot.
Entrance - Bring 1 canned good or $1 per person for entry. At the entrance and the Country Store (one of our booths), you will be able to purchase tickets. The canned goods will be donated to a local food bank.
Tickets - Tickets are $0.50 each. They will be used to purchase food, play games, and enter raffles. Most games only cost 1 ticket.
Cash - We recommend that you bring CASH to the event. The PTO does have PayPal and Venmo accounts, but cell service around the school is spotty so we do not like to rely on it.
Volunteer - If you would like to volunteer to help with the event (either before, during, or after), we would love to have you! The sign-up is HERE. If you have any questions, you can email us at smepto@gmail.com. Volunteers will all receive 15 tickets as a THANK YOU!
Raffles - Our main raffle (that students have been selling tickets for) will conclude at the Fall Festival. Around 7:45, we will draw the winning tickets. For that contest, winners do not need to be present but will be contacted after the Festival. We are also putting together baskets full of donations from local Mebane businesses. You will be able to purchase tickets for these raffles at the Fall Festival and DO need to be present to win.
