Mrs. C's Class is a Responsive Classroom!

What is a Responsive Classroom Approach?

Every morning the children Mrs. C's class meet for Morning Meeting circle. We always start with a greeting, making sure that every student's name is included. There are many games and silly ways to do this, but it is an important task. It strengthens the bond of the classmates, and helps recognize and build empathy for every person in the classroom.

The students share during this time and practice their oral fluency while other students practice being intent and engaged listeners. We will also be investigating a daily morning message. This circle time focuses on group cooperation and learning.
