How to measure volume using a graduated cylinder

When you are measuring the volume of a liquid, the best way to do this is to use a graduated cylinder. There are different size graduated cylinders. The smaller the graduated cylinder, the more precise its measurements. This is because the graduations (measurement units) are smaller.
