Registration for lessons has closed, but if you would like to sign your child up it is not too late! We are looking for more flute and clarinet students at all schools.
Welcome to the Acton Elementary Bands! We are excited to have a brand new year of lessons and ensemble block for our students. Please read everything below and contact us if you have questions.
Band is open to students in grades 5 & 6 only.
Lessons will be group lessons with the same instrument (all Boardwalk flutes will be together, for example).
Lesson locations are on the schedule, please drop off your child at the front of the school no more than 10 minutes before their lesson time.
Ensemble Block meets during the school day. The schedule can also be found under the Lesson Schedule tab. Students will not miss any instructional time in their classes when they attend ensemble block.Â
Beginning Percussion classes will be capped at 8 members each. Sign up early!
Please help your student remember their instrument for the days they have ensemble block and lessons, and remind them to practice at home!
