Addressing Anxiety during the Time of COVID-19: A Conversation for Parents/Guardians of Teens
This program will help families to identify what anxiety may look like at home during the pandemic. AB Counselors and Social Workers will give suggestions around how to support your teen’s social emotional and mental well being, provide balance and structure for them, and help your teen maintain social connections during the time of coronavirus.
