2024 ABC Foundation Merit Scholarship Application (select here)

(1) - $7500 Scholarship award available for a graduating high school senior

The following eligibility requirements must be met:

1. Applicants must be a current high school senior who will enroll in college fall of 2024.

2. Applicants must have a minimum 3.25 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale.

3. Applicants must have at least a minimum 200 cumulative hours of documented community service throughout .

4. Minority students are encouraged to apply.

5. Applicants who reside in the cities of Frisco, Denton, Little Elm, Prosper or The Colony are preferred; all high school seniors within the Dallas/Ft. Worth area welcome to apply.

ABC Foundation HBCU Honors Application

  (1) $5,500 scholarship to a graduating high school senior who will enroll and attend a two or four-year HBCU Historically Black College or University, in the fall of 2024

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Applicant must be a current high school senior who will enroll in an HBCU college or university fall 2024

2. Applicants who reside within the cities of Frisco, Little Elm, Prosper, The Colony or Denton preferred, but all students who reside in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area are welcome to apply.

3. Applicant must have a minimum of 150 cumulative documented community service hours. Hours can be earned from various community service organizations and activities. 

4. Applicant must have a minimum cumulative GPA of a 3.0.

5. Minority students are welcome to apply.

Beverly Jean Collymore Memorial Scholarship Application

Undergraduate Members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. only

The 2024 Beverly Jean Collymore Memorial Scholarship is an opportunity for an active, financial undergraduate member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.  to receive one (1) $5,000 scholarship. 

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

1. Applicant must be an active, financial undergraduate member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

2. Applicant must have earned a minimum of 12 college credit hours.

3. Math, Finance or Education major preferred but all majors are welcomed to apply.

4. Minimum of 3.0 cumulative GPA.

5. Minimum of 50 cumulative community service hours.

ABC Foundation Helping Hands Scholarship Application

(1) $5,000 Scholarship Award for a High School Senior

Eligibility Requirements:

1. Applicants must be a graduating high school senior who will enroll in college fall of 2024.

2. Applicants who reside in the boundaries of and attend high school in Frisco ISD, Little Elm ISD, Prosper ISD, Denton ISD, or The Colony High School are preferred; but high school seniors within Dallas/Ft. Worth are eligible to apply.

3. Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0.

4. Applicants must have a minimum of 150 cumulative community service hours documented during high school career. 

5. Minority students are encouraged to apply. 

2024 ABC Foundation Hands Scholarship Application- College Student

(1) $5,000 scholarship to a college student currently enrolled and attending a two or four year college/university in the 2024 – 2025 academic year.

Eligibility Requirements:

1. Applicant must be a current college student enrolled and attending college fall of 2024.

2.  Applicants must have a minimum GPA  3.0.

3.  Applicants must have a  minimum of 50 cumulative community service hours. Letters from community service entities from will be submitted on official letterhead to document participation.

4.  Minority students encouraged to apply. 

5.  Applicant allowed to receive only one award from ABC Foundation in a 12 month period.

6.  Applicant must demonstrate financial need.
