Application Guide in case you need help with the application process (example is from last year for illustration only, some information in the guide may be outdated)

Make sure you have the following before you start the application process:

• Banking information

• Credit Card to pay the Registration Fee

Quick Steps

Please follow these 4 steps to register your child:

Step 1: Visit MACSIS & Click the “Apply” button: https://sis3.macnet.ca/program-details/55

Step 2: Login using your MAC Portal email and password or log in using your Microsoft or Google Account (the same account/email used last year).

Step 3: Update Parent/Guardian Information 

Step 4: Select & Update Student Information 

1. 1. Update Emergency Contact

   2. Medical Information

   3. Documents and Finance

      • Complete the Financial Agreement and Parental agreement (Screenshot)

      • Update banking information or upload a void cheque (Screenshot)

   4. Pay the Application Fee aka Registration Fee (Screenshot)

Repeat Step 4 for each child
