Is a feeling of worry and fear nerves,
For example when you are sitting in a test you feel worried and everyone can get a feeling of anxiety at some point in their life.
What is Anxiety exactly ?
Like your body response to stress, sometimes your sacred for the first day of school or a job interview. All not begging able to control there worries.
How much does Oman have ?
There was a study and they said (32.0%) of Omanis suffer from anxiety.
Anxiety:
Some symptoms from anxiety are feeling tired and weak,having problems controlling worries.
There was a study in UK 7 Tuesday 2016 to see if women or men get Anxiety more.
The results were that women get Anxiety more men.
How can you calm Anxiety down ?
Get enough sleep
Take breaks
Take a deep breath
Count numbers
