I was born and raised in Argentina. I moved to the United States when I was 19 years old. I have a passion for language and world culture and can't wait to share it with you. I have two daughters, Micaela and Isabela. Micaela is an elementary school teacher. Isabela is in college and is studying Veterinary Science. I love reading, crocheting, yoga, pilates, and spending time at the beach. When I want to relax I read or take long walks. I also love to travel and have visited many countries including Canada, Mexico, Spain, Belize, Guatemala, Puerto Rico, Panama, Trinidad & Tobago, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Brazil, China, England, France, Italy, Greece and Sweeden.
Every year I work to improve upon my lessons from the previous year. I utilize an innovative method called Comprehensible Input, or CI. Through this method, students become comfortable with the language through listening and speaking activities. With this method, you also will gain proficiency more quickly and will have more confidence in your abilities, all while having fun learning!
I am excited to have you in my class and share my love of language and culture!
