Class of 2025
Although the Class of 2027 will attend Abington Senior High School in September 2022, since they have already started their path toward graduation as grade 9 students, they will enter the high school under the existing curriculum program and will not be significantly impacted by the transition to the new curriculum program.
Class of 2026
The Class of 2026 will be the first students to enter the high school fully under the new curriculum program at Abington Senior High School. They will attend the high school beginning in September 2022.
Class of 2027
The Class of 2027 will not be impacted by the Grade Span Reconfiguration, as they are currently already in Abington Junior High School, and will remain in Abington Middle School during the 2022-2023 school year, at which point they will be the oldest students in the school. As a result, this grade level will be instrumental in welcoming their younger peers in the Classes of 2028 and 2029 to Abington Middle School in September 2022. When this grade level attends Abington Senior High School in their 9th grade year, they will transition seamlessly into the new curriculum program.

Parents/Guardians should check with the Junior High administration for culminating celebrations and activities for 8th and 9th graders.
August 29, 2022 - Tours for 9th Graders (A-L, 1-1:45 p.m.; M-Z, 2-2:45 p.m.)
August 30, 2022 - Tours for 10th Graders (A-L, 1-1:45 p.m.); M-Z, 2-2:45 p.m.)
September 6, 2022 - First Day of School for Grades 9 and 10
September 2022 (TBD) - GHOST Team Welcome Presentation for New Students
