Managing Partner - Apte and Co

I am the Managing Partner at Apte & Co., a chartered accountancy firm started over 3 decades ago by industrious my parents! Our firm handles assurance engagements, India entry strategies, business valutions and cross border tax issues for a variety of clients. 

We work with several Indian businesses of select Multinational Corporations and home grown, reputed business enterprises. I have oversight responsibility for the assurance assignments of the firm and I directly lead the valuation and India entry strategy practice for the firm! 

I have had the great pleasure of setting up this advisory practice from grounds up and make it into a formidable vertical in a short span of 5 years. Our firm has undertaken valuation assignments aggregating to more than US$ 10 Billion over the last 5 years. We have also been privileged of earning the trust of several overseas clients in choosing us as their partner in setting up businesses in India.

Our expertise lies in understanding the Indian markets as well as the requirements of overseas customers and being able to guide them in successfully navigating the unique Indian business environment. I like to call my work as being the incubator of Indian business for multinational corporations.

In the course of bringing in overseas business to India, I have also been able to take my own firm overseas by setting up a business entity in Singapore and Canada to better serve the South East Asian and North American clients.

I am also a co-promoter of an investment advisory startup called Wiseinvestor.in where we focus on providing value based investment and wealth creation and planing advise to HNI individuals and Small and Medium Sized businesses.
