Our sports education program immerses students in a dynamic, team-based experience through soccer and Ultimate Frisbee, where they take on key leadership roles beyond just playing the game. Each student is assigned a specific role within their team—such as head coach, assistant coach, fitness coach, public relations officer, equipment manager, or statistician—allowing them to develop autonomy, collaboration, and a deeper understanding of the various components that contribute to a successful athletic team. Through this structure, students not only enhance their soccer and Frisbee skills but also gain firsthand experience in decision-making, strategy development, and team management. This program fosters responsibility, communication, and problem-solving, preparing students for leadership in both sports and real-world team environments.
