Great edtech isn't just smart, it's kind: accessible, thoughtful, and human-centered.
Your EdTech Hub
The mission of the Instructional Technology Team is to empower ABC educators with technology resources that enhance teaching and learning. We want to simplify access to digital tools, provide comprehensive support, and foster a community of tech-savvy educators. By centralizing instructional technology resources, we hope to boost teacher confidence, streamline classroom integration, and ultimately improve student outcomes.
Learning in the Age of AI
Throughout the month of June, thirty educators from across ABC Unified School District came together for the inaugural AI Ambassador Program, a three-week professional learning experience designed to build educator capacity for ethical, responsible AI integration rooted in pedagogy, transparency, and student-centered practice.
Ambassadors explored the ABC Tech Toolkit (Gemini, Gems, NotebookLM, Brisk Teaching, Adobe Express, Snorkl, Pear Deck, WeVideo, and more), designed original AI-integrated projects for their classrooms, and presented their work at a Certification Showcase on June 25th.
The result: a growing library of classroom-ready lessons, systems of practice, and resources built by teachers, for teachers.
Many of our projects are designed to be replicable across grade levels and disciplines. We will be posting Ambassador projects and resources over the next few weeks. Check back as each project goes live. Soon, you'll be able to browse the resources and adapt them for your own classroom.
