Welcome to the 2017-2018 School Year. Every year, back-to-school forms ask families to verify and update contact information, sign field trip wavers, agree to guidelines on acceptable use of technology, etc. This year I offer a simple paperless solution with Google Forms. On this page, there are 2 parent forms to complete : Parent Communication and Information and Parent Survey. All you need to click on the box and you will automatically be directed to the document. When you have answered all questions, please click SUBMIT and your done! :)
