Google Takeout Instructions - 

Congratulations Class of 2024! 🎈

Students use their school Google Apps Accounts to produce a lot of great writing, presentations, and more. When you graduate or leave the district you can take that work with you. There are 2 options to maintain access to the information you want to export and download for safekeeping.  

Please Note:  Your ABC Google Account (myabcusd.org) will be suspended by September 1st, 2024.

If you need official transcripts to send to a college (or anywhere else requesting an "official" transcript), you can do that online!

Information for Official Transcripts:

You may now order transcripts using the Parchment website by going to--> https://cerritoshs.us/transcripts/

If you need a physical copy, please visit our office between 7:30-3:30 (M-F).

 Unofficial transcript copies are free for students (you can print on Aeries), additional copies cost $6 per transcript (pick up in 2-3 business days) or $10 per transcript (same-day).

Request transcripts for scholarships early, at least a week in advance. These are always free.

Request official transcript copies to be sent from community colleges (when you are done with your course) if you want your community college course to be listed on the high school transcript.

In order to receive graduation tickets and diplomas,  all obligations must be cleared.  The library will be accepting cash only.

1. The library is open to pay obligations for seniors only on May 20-May 24, 8:00-8:20 am & 3:20 - 3:45.

2. Seniors MUST clear all activity or sports financial obligations by Thursday, May 2nd.  

3. Seniors MUST turn in all textbooks and Chromebooks/Hot Spots to the library no later than Friday, May 24th, 3:45pm. 

4. Print out this inventory checklist to bring with you.
