If you are having issues logging in I would try going directly to the glow sign in page to ensure the account is working before attempting to log in on devices or apps.

If on a laptop or PC:
1. Make sure that you are using the Chrome browser and not internet explorer or edge.
2. Log into chrome using your @ab.glow.scot username at https://accounts.google.com/signin
If you are on a phone or mobile device:
1. Make sure your @ab.glow.scot account is added to your phone. (Settings > accounts >add account>Google...
2. Make sure you close other apps that are using other accounts before you try it. Close everything and open classroom and go from there.
3. Make sure the link is opening in chrome and not another browser. Check your preferences if it defaults to other browsers..
