Over the next few months we will all be spending more time online. Please look at the following links for more information on what you can do to stay safe online.

For most young people, being at home is the safest place to be during this coronavirus outbreak but we know this might not be the case for everyone.

Social Media, Screen Time and More

“Mind Yer Time” is a resource designed to help children and young people manage their social media and screen time, and to use social media and screens in a healthy way. It also covers topics such as gaming and apps. The resource has been co-produced by the Scottish Youth Parliament (SYP) and Children’s Parliament in partnership with the Scottish Government.
