Dyce Academy is part of the Rag Bag scheme. What this means is that old but wearable clothes can be donated. These items are then reused or recycled and the school will get a small amount of funding from the items.

The scheme increases awareness about textile recycling and by increasing recycling rates we can help the environment by ensuring less material goes to landfill.

The money from this can then go towards supporting our own pupils in the school.

WHERE?

The Rag Bag outdoor bin is located in the staff car park. It is a large bright green bin next to the Aberdeen City Music School boarding building.

Please do NOT add items to the bin if the lid does not close fully.
