Twinkl have many great dual language resources. Some are free and some need a subscription.
Widgit Online is an excellent website with the ability to make dual language resources quickly. They offer a free trial and then after that a subscription needs to be purchased.
Languages Connect have free downloadable 'Language Mats' with common school vocabulary, phrases and questions.
They have language mats in : Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Lithuanian, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Russian & Ukrainian
