Kooth provides young people with free, safe and anonymous support. Their online community includes helpful articles and tips, discussion boards, online chat with Kooth practitioners, and more.

Scotland is the first country in the world to protect in law the right to access free period products for anyone who needs them.
If a young person at Cults Academy requires these, they can obtain them from the toilet or by speaking to any member of the Pupil Support Team.

UCAS have made available for download this booklet:

Papyrus is a UK wide Suicide Prevention charity who believe that many young suicides are preventable. 
Our 24/7 help line service called HOPE LINE 247 can be used for anyone who is in crisis, been affected by suicide, is concerned for someone or needs to de-brief. 0800 068 4141

So, you want to better understand gender, or need help explaining it to someone else? The genderbread person is a wonderful way to start an important conversation.
'That’s So Gay!' is a short story designed to tackle the use of the word ‘gay’ as a derogatory term among children. Reading the story will teach children the impact that words can have on people, and will help create a more inclusive and understanding learning environment. The story offers opportunities for discussion, either in class or at home.

The National Sleep Helpline is a free resource, run by trained sleep advisors, that can help parents and young people learn more about their sleep and develop better bedtime routines.
