S2 Health and Food Technology

The Health and Food Technology course in S2 is designed to build on the knowledge and skills acquired in S1. The course will cover the following topics and units of work:

• Nutrition through life

• Food product development challenges

• Food safety and hygiene

• Textiles 

• Contemporary food issues (food waste, sustainability and labelling)
