Welcome to the NEW recharter process as of January 2025!
Every Chapter will receive and introductory email on/around January 15th each year. In this email, will be a link to a Google Drive Folder specific to each Chapter. No need for copying a document, mail or email any forms to AAZK National.

Please complete each of the tabs prior to notifiying the National office that your recharter docs are ready to be reviewed. The National office staff will be able to see your documents live.
When you are finished, please follow the instructions to upload your bank statement to your Chapter's folder. (Do NOT email it to AAZK). The main contact email address for your Chapter should have recieved access to the 2024 Recharter folder to upload your bank statement.
After this document is complete, if you wish to retain a PDF copy for your records, follow these steps:
Select File>Download>PDF
From the Download menu, Export (change to workbook) and Page Orientation (set to portrait).
Then you can save a copy.
Once you are ready to begin, click the tabs and start entering your information. You can go back anytime to make changes.
Your Chapter Recharter is DUE no later than 15th March of each calendar year.
