Welcome to Elo! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our app and services. By downloading, accessing, or using Elo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our app or services. 

1. About Elo AI

Elo AI is a video journaling and speaking improvement app. It helps users track their speech patterns, monitor vocal clarity, and reflect through video-based journaling, offering insights such as vocal scores, filler word usage, and more.  

2. Eligibility

By using Elo AI, you represent that you meet the legal age requirement in your jurisdiction and have the legal authority to agree to these Terms. 

3. Data Collection and Privacy

• Personal Data: We collect information such as your name, email address, profile picture, and voice recordings to provide and improve Elo's services.

4. User Responsibilities

By using Elo AI, you agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful and intended purposes.

• Respect the intellectual property rights of Elo and others.

• Use Elo AI to engage in illegal or unethical activities.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of Elo AI shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of U.S. courts.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Elo AI at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or if we determine it is necessary to protect the integrity of the app or its users.
