MAY 1st & 2nd PRACTICE TIME 3:30 - 5:00

Preseason Workout

Core Workout:  10 push ups, 10 burpees, 30 second plank every day

Running Workout: Start with a slow jog, and work your way up to a mile or two

Stretching is very important. Be sure to do a dynamic stretch before working out, and after your workout. Many injuries and sore muscles happen because the stretching and warm up are left out.
