We believe the best way to get kids to enjoy running and taking part in their mindset, is by changing up routes throughout the week.
We have a few simple rules: Drivers will always have the right away. We will always be able to see a car, before they see us, so we need to be aware of all situations. Follow all traffic laws. When we cross main roads, we will wait until it is our time to cross. We aren't in that much of a hurry (we only run our fastest in races). Find a buddy to run with. Cross country is a lot more fun when you have someone to talk with. Enjoy a conversation, while pushing each other to do their best.
