About Me:

Welcome to a new year! This is my fourth year teaching in the Appleton Area School District! I am excited to share music with all of you! It is a very important part of my life, and I’m looking forward to creating new musical experiences with everyone.

I was born in Appleton, and actually attended elementary, middle, and high school in the district. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 2013 with a Bachelors of Music degree in Instrumental and General K-12 Education. After graduation, I taught in Milwaukee Public Schools at two high schools, teaching digital music and American Music History courses. I am very excited to be back in Appleton teaching strings in my former district.

In my free time, I play in a chamber orchestra and participate in a string quartet. I also enjoy attending concerts and making my own music. Besides music, I enjoy getting outside and playing disc golf and basketball/soccer, reading, and traveling. I look forward to meeting and working with everyone in the Einstein community this school year!
