You can book the creator studio up to 2 days in advance.
Please keep the following in mind:
The Creator Studio is not necessarily first come, first served. While booking early will help ensure you a spot, there are some instances where other projects may take priority OR where people have not had a chance to use the studio. If this happens, the LMC staff will work on an equitable plan for moving forward.
If you decide that you are not going to come to a previously booked session, please cancel your booking via the link sent in your reminder email
All students using the studio must have signed Creator Studio user agreements AND have completed the Creator Studio Mini-course in Canvas
No food is allowed in the Creator Studio
Items must be returned to where they were found
Unauthorized users are not allowed in the studio
The user is responsible for closing the door, turning off all lights, and cleaning up after themselves after each session
The Creator Studio is a privilege. It can be revoked for not following the rules put in place
Students are NOT allowed to skip class to use the studio AND must have a pass to the library from wherever they are coming from
