Here's a basic list of what you might want to bring on your vacation. You'll no doubt have your own needs, but we thought this might be helpful, knowing what we do about the amenities in this home!

• Personal toiletries. 

• Camera, memory cards, charger

• Personal electronics chargers

• Streaming Devices: Roku Stick, Amazon Fire TV Stick, Chromecast, Apple Tv, anything you use at home to stream TV. All of our TV's are "Smart" streaming TVs.

To make your stay as comfortable as possible we provide the following for your use:

• 3-in-1 Shampoo, Body Wash, Bubble Bath 

• Three Rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

• Iron/Ironing Board

• Please note we have provided dark colored towels for makeup removal. Please refrain from staining the white towels. There will be a service charge for any makeup stained towels.

Remember, the weather person is the only one who can be wrong and still keep their job. We like to say "there is no such thing as bad weather, just inappropriate clothing".

Street parking, where available. 

It is a densely populated residential area and parking may be difficult. Please pay attention to all signs and restrictions

We understand the importance of maintaining a comfortable temperature, regardless of the weather outside. That's why this unit is equipped with both air conditioning (portable) and central heating. You can adjust the settings to suit your preferences and ensure a cozy atmosphere throughout your stay.

The service is provided for your enjoyment but you are responsible for safe and appropriate use and complying with all laws. If there is any loss of service please contact us.

We are located in a residential community and, although this is a holiday destination, it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10pm and 8am noise should be kept to a minimum.

Breakages

We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to know prior to your departure to avoid any issues later. Thank you!

Smoking Policy

This is a smoke-free home, including the outside area surrounding property. No smoking of any substance including vaping.

Check-in time is 3PM.

Early Check-in:

Request no later than 48 hours from check-in time. Availability to accommodate depends on our housekeepers schedule. Again, we cannot assure an early arrival until you receive confirmation from us.

Check-out Time

Check-out time is strictly 10am on.

Late Check-out: Request no later than 24 hours from check-out time. Availability to accommodate depends on our housekeeper's schedule. Once their schedule is established they do charge us a $25 change fee and we will pass this fee onto you if they can accommodate your request. We will definitely do our best to accommodate your request!

Check-out Process

Before your departure, we would appreciate if you would take care of the following:

• Leave the beds unmade. No need to strip them.

• Place used towels on the floor in the bathroom.

• Load the dishwasher and start it.

• Move all furniture and items back to original locations.

• Set thermostat to 78F.

• Check all windows to be sure that they are locked.

• If your unit had any kind of physical key, please leave the key inside the unit

• We kindly request to take a moment before you check out to gather any kitchen utensils or equipment you may have used during your stay and return them to the kitchen to wash them. Also, please make sure to take or dispose of any food items you brought with you and stored in the refrigerator

For emergency services (ambulance, police, fire) please immediately call 911. Do not delay if you feel an emergency situation has arisen. State your location as the address on the front page of this book.

In case of a fire

• Exit the property as quickly as possible

• Ensure that all persons are accounted for

• Dial 911

• State your location 

Do not attempt to re-enter the building until a Fire Officer states that it is safe to do so.
