ParentGuidance.org is a free, confidential service developed by licensed therapists that provides trusted and specialized courses, professional support, and a safe community to learn how to support our children and get answers to mental health questions.
Free Clothing & Supplies for Babies and Kids
Mother's Reaching Hands is an appointment-only service that provides clothing, diapers, bibs, coats, boots, shoes, blankets, toys, and sometimes cribs or other supplies for families in need. Washtenaw & Wayne County residents only, proof of income requested. Call (313) 364-0338 for an appointment. Pickup is at 218 E. Forest, Ypsilanti.
Health and Mental Health Resources
Therapy Services for Refugee students 12+: Therapy for Refugees is available for youth 12+ through Thrive Counseling at Jewish Family Services. Please contact Felipe Riano, JFS Community Health Worker at friano@jfsannarbor.org for more information or to make a referral.
LGBTQ+ Affirming Therapy Services
Stand with Trans has available funding to provide access to trans affirming mental health care for transgender and nonbinary youth (and families when needed) who don’t have the funds to cover the session costs or do not have health insurance. Learn more here.

RAHS is a school based health center which provides a variety of health care services right in our AAPS Buildings: Pathways, Scarlett, and Pioneer High School. Learn more here.
Free Food and Groceries
Free grocery distribution for all at Pathways to Success Academic Campus begins Wednesday, 9/20 from 4:00 to 5:30pm. There are no income guidelines and you do not have to be an Ann Arbor resident to participate. Future grocery distributions will take place on the 2nd Weds of each month.
