Project Lead The Way is a project-based learning experience, where students use knowledge and skills from science, technology, mathematics, engineering, and design to solve engaging problems in creative and collaborative ways. Students are empowered to adopt a design-thinking mindset through activities, projects, and problems that build upon each other and relate to the world around us.

Meet Mrs. Bajorek
Welcome to PLTW, I am Maria Bajorek! This year marks my 19th year teaching, and my 4th year with AAPS! I teach PLTW to grades 3- 5 at Bach Elementary and gr. Y5- 5 at Angell Elementary. I am passionate about teaching Social Emotional Learning skills in a Project Based Learning setting. Empowering students to try new things, make mistakes, manage big feelings, and communicate effectively with others drives our focus in PLTW.
