Hello all,

My name is Jared McNally. I am originally from Saginaw, MI. That is where I attended elementary, middle, and high school. I received my Bachelor's of Science in Education from Central Michigan University (Fire Up Chips!), where I majored in social studies and minored in history. One of the main things I loved about CMU was how open-minded the students and staff were. My time there helped me to realize that I could only be the best version of myself if I was teaching in a similarly open-minded environment. That is exactly why I wanted to come to Ann Arbor. Now I can thankfully call Tappan my new home!

I have many hobbies and passions. I enjoy learning and educating, playing and writing music, mountain biking, running, hockey, soccer, camping, hiking, fishing, video games, hanging out with my friends, coffee, food, questioning, existential debates about the universe and other deep topics, petting every single dog that I see so I can befriend them, etc.
