Where is the Counseling Office?

• The counseling office is located on the second floor in between rooms 208 & 211. You will see the blue "Counseling" sign above the door.

Where is the Zen Den?

• The Zen Den is located inside the counseling office and is available for all students to use is they need 5- 10 minutes to self regulate and de-stress. 

• We are here to support your success and well-being

• School counselors help all students reach their full potential by creating a supportive learning environment

• We serve as advocates, liaisons, and collaborators within the school community

• We support student social-emotional development/SEL, academic goals, and college and career aspirations

Services we provide: 

• Short-term individual counseling 

• Small group counseling 

• Classroom lessons 

• Mediation and restorative conferences

• Consultation with parents and teachers

• Community resource referrals

• P2P Depression Awareness

• Come to the counseling office during advisory or lunch. Sign into the computer and RETURN to class unless your counselor is available and calls you into their office.

• Once you sign in on the laptop in the counseling office, your counselor will see that you need to see them and call you down when they are available.

• You can email your counselor and they will respond to set up a time to come see them. (Please allow 24 hours for them to respond, although many times it is sooner)

• There are some reasons that may require you to need to visit the counselor during class, please ask your teacher's permission BEFORE coming to the counseling office.
