AUTHORIZATION TO REPRODUCE PHYSICAL LIKENESS

I grant the Association of Authentic, Experiential, and Evidence-Based Learning (AAEEBL) and its employees, agents, and assignees, the right to use my name and likeness as they may appear in media forms created and produced by AAEEBL. These media forms include, but are not limited to still picture, film, audio recording, published print, digital media, and all other media forms. I authorize AAEEBL to publish these media forms that include my name and likeness at its events and on the Internet, e.g. but not limited to, the AAEEBL website and social media and publication platforms.

I further give AAEEBL the right to share any work(s) or media that I produce through or for its events and other publications channels and the right to edit in ways that will not change the original meaning or context, e.g. trim a video recording to remove unnecessary footage such as silences or inaudible parts). These works may be used for educational purposes, conferences, workshops, promotions, and also in the advertising, exploring, and publicizing of AAEEBL events and initiatives.

I warrant and represent that all material furnished by me, e.g. but not limited to, in a presentation, workshop, portfolio showcase, professional conversation or other AAEEBL initiative, are my own for which I have full authority or for which I have permission to reproduce it. I retain the copyright on my own material and can re-use, adapt, and share it as I see fit.

I understand that I will be consulted about the use of my name and likeness for any purpose not mentioned. I reserve the right to withdraw my contributed content at any time by submitting a request via email to connect@aaeebl.org.
