The Agua Dulce Women’s Club is offering scholarships to those enrolled in a 4-year college, community college, or vocational school in Fall 2024.
The minimum requirements to be eligible for a scholarship are the following:
Applicants must have permanent residence in Agua Dulce or must have made a substantial contribution to the Agua Dulce Women’s Club.
Applicants must be enrolled in a 4-year college, community college, or vocational/trade school in Fall 2024.
And they must be one of the following:
Graduating high school seniors.
Graduated high school seniors, having graduated in the last two years.
1st or 2nd year college students with continuous enrollment in college since graduating high school.
While GPA and school performance are considered, these scholarships are not awarded solely based on those factors. We know our community is full of well-rounded, civic-minded young adults and recognize those are attributes that also prepare one for the future.

NATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
ATTENTION: Juniors and Seniors to apply for this year’s Horatio Alger Scholarships
To JUNIORS: The Association awards 7 $25,000 National Scholarships and 51 CA State $10,000 scholarships.
To SENIORS: $10,000 to $52,000 scholarships to specific colleges and universities across the United States. (See website for details.)
Key criteria for qualification:
1. Enrolled as a full-time high school junior
2. Demonstrate critical financial need ($65,000 or lower adjusted gross family income is required)
3. Display integrity and perseverance in overcoming adversity
4. At least a 2.0 GPA
5. Be a United States Citizen

$50,000 STEM College Scholarships for High School Seniors

Jeff T. Green Family Foundation Scholarship for the 2024-2025 academic year. There are $20,000 scholarships available (spread over 4 years) for eligible first-time freshmen.
Eligibility criteria:
Students must be a first-time freshman.
Students must be first-generation (neither of your parents has earned a baccalaureate degree).
Students must have a cumulative 2.5-3.25 GPA in High School.
Students must be a US citizen, or a Permanent Resident, or an AB540 eligible student.
Students must have financial need (based on the FAFSA or CADAA).
All applicants must file a 2024-2025 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), or a 2024-2025 California Dream Act Application (CADAA).
Students must plan to participate in a CSUCI Learning Community.
Students must respond to a brief essay question.

Pastel Society of the West Coast
Our Art Scholarship Program allows us to fulfill part of our mission to promote education in the arts–especially pastels. Vipin Agrawal Memorial Scholarship Fund
The Vipin Agrawal Memorial Scholarship Fund provides scholarships to students from low-income and immigrant backgrounds. In order to create diversity in the industry and spark new innovations, it is important to platform diverse undergraduate students.
VAMSF annually awards scholarships to two high school seniors and/or current college students who have the following qualifications:
Attending a California state university, either CSU and UC school systems, AND went to a California high school
Pursuing an undergraduate degree in computer science, science, technology, engineering, or medicine.
They or their parents immigrated to the United States
Annual household income of less than $75,000
A GPA of 3.0 or higher
The scholarship includes $2000 a year for all four years of the student’s college career. The application is now open. Applications are due by June 1, 2024.
Note: to apply, you will need to have your high school transcripts, SAR (Student Aid Report) form, as well as responses to two essay prompts.
